The Jackpot Casino, located on Deck 4, has designated smoking areas for guests who wish to smoke cigarettes or vape. These areas are clearly marked and guests are asked to comply with the designated smoking policy. Smoking is not permitted in any other areas of the casino, including the casino bar or anywhere in the casino when it is closed.
Smoke-Free Accommodations
All staterooms and suites, including outside balconies, are entirely smoke-free. This policy applies to all forms of smoking, including cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, and personal vaporizers. Guests who wish to smoke must use the designated smoking areas.
Enforcement of Smoking Policy
The casino staff is responsible for enforcing the smoking policy. Guests who violate the policy may be asked to leave the casino. The casino reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
