China Eastern Airlines Flight MU5735 Boeing 737 Crashes

What Happened?

On March 21, 2022, China Eastern Airlines Flight MU5735, a Boeing 737-89P, crashed in the Teng County of Wuzhou, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, China. The aircraft was carrying 132 people, including 123 passengers and 9 crew members. There were no survivors.

The aircraft took off from Kunming Changshui International Airport at 13:15 CST and disappeared from radar at 14:22 CST. The wreckage was found in the mountains of Teng County, and the cause of the crash is still under investigation.
